How can I purchase on MyCamperTrailer.com.au?

It is very easy. Just pick the camper trailer you’d like to get and add it to your shopping cart and proceed to the checkout. If you are a first time user, you can choose to register on our website, or check out as a guest (no registration required). You can add all the accessories that you require and nominate a delivery depot or home delivery during the checkout process. If you have any questions you can contact us via email through the Contact Us page or you can also call us on 1300 913 528. You can also place your order through the phone and pay by credit card, bank or personal Cheque, money order or bank transfer.

Where can I get my camper trailer?

Depending on your location the depot delivery may take from 3 to 14 days (excluding build time) however, in most of the cases it happens within 6 business days. If you are getting it delivered to your home, you will receive your item in 3 to 14 days (excluding build time). If any delays occur for an unforeseen reason, we’ll be in contact to let you know and update you regularly on your purchase.

Is there a warranty on the products?

Sure! In fact we have a whole page dedicated to the warranties of the products we proudly offer. Please visit our Warranty page for more information. Each manufacturer has their own warranty but they all at least come with a 1 year parts and labour warranty. You can be assured that your investment will be around for a long time to come. We are cheap on the prices but not on quality. If you have any questions regarding our delivery policy, please do not hesitate to contact us on info@mycampertrailer.com.au at any time.

 

Where are the products made?

All of our products are made in Australia. Our Blue Tongue Camper Trailers are made in Kirrawee, NSW and our 3 Dog Camping Trailers are made in Pakenham VIC.  

What accessories can I get with my camper trailer?

We offer a list of cool accessories! The available accessories will depend on the manufacturer that makes the product you purchase. You can get additional annexes to increase your tent size, tailgate or slide out kitchenettes, complete electrical systems, gas struts, electrical brakes, tool boxes, additional gas rings and jerry can holders and so much more. Please see the list of our Accessories on our product pages.

 

How does trailer registration work in my states?

Registration of the camper trailer is not included with the purchase of your camper trailer. Registration varies from state to state. Similarly, local transport authorities may have varying standards and regulations in respect to componentry. Please contact your local transport department for pricing, registration procedures and rules to determine the suitablity of registration of the item in your State or Territory.

 

Do you have a Customer Data and Privacy Policy in place?

Sure, we have privacy policy to demonstrate our commitment to your privacy and the protection of your information. We will never share, sell, or rent individual personal information with anyone. Information submitted to us is only available to employees managing this information for purposes of contacting you or sending you emails based on your request for information, and to contracted suppliers for purposes of providing services relating to our communications with you. We do not store any of your financial information, your payment is done through a secure PayPal gateway system. We only collect information from you that we need to complete the transaction. Our email marketing is permission based. If you received a mailing from us, our records indicate that (a) you have expressly shared this address for the purpose of receiving information in the future ("opt-in"), or (b) you have registered or purchased or otherwise have an existing relationship with us. We respect your time and attention by controlling the frequency of our mailings. If you subscribed to our newsletter you’ll receive that once a month.

 

Do you have a delivery policy?

Yes we have dedicated a whole page to our delivery policy. Please visit our Delivery page for more information. We have different delivery arrangements with each manufacturer for depot delivery and home delivery as well. Do you have return and refund policy in place?

If you made a wrong colour or size selection, that’s okay, you can send the item back to us in its original condition and packaging (to the manufacturer) within 7 days of receiving the item and we’ll change it for you. The freight charges will need to be covered by the customer. 25% (of the purchase price) restocking fee may apply. If you changed your mind and don’t want the item, that’s okay too. Please send the item back to us in its original condition and packaging (to the manufacturer) and we’ll refund your purchase price. The freight charges will need to be covered by the customer. 25% (of the purchase price) restocking fee may apply.

 

We will refund the monies to you within 1 week of us receiving the item returned in a satisfactory manner. The refund will be issued to you in the same manner as payment was made to MyCamperTrailer.com.au. We will notify you personally by email once the refund has been completed.

 

Please note that any of our products that are custom built specific to you are manufactured to order and the manufacturers do not accept returns for those items. Please contact us on info@mycampertrailer.com.au if you have any questions regarding returns.

What information do we collect and how do we use it?
When you place an order through this website, we need to know your name, email, phone number, address and credit card details if paying by credit card. This allows us to process and fulfil your order successfully.

How does MyCamperTrailer.com.au protect customer information?
When you place orders, we use a secure server. The secure server software (SSL) encrypts all information you input before it is sent to us. Furthermore, all of the sensitive customer data we collect is protected by several layers of encryption and several layers of security to prevent unauthorised access.

All credit card payments are processed securely through the PayPal gateway system. Payment by credit card is the fastest way to receive your order as there is no clearance delay. MyCamperTrailer.com.au does not store any credit card information on its servers.
