DELIVERY

On most of our products we offer delivery to a number of local depots where you can pick your item up but we may also be able to deliver direct to your door.

It is a convenientand new way to get your camper trailer when you purchase with us. You can choose your delivery option by nominating the pick up depot at check out and your product(s) will be delivered to your local depot for you to collect. We’ll dispatch your camper trailer ASAP to your nominated depot (normally within a business day of your camper being built). Please allow 5 - 21 business days for delivery and when your camper trailer arrives, you will get a call from the depot (on the phone number that you’ve given us at checkout) to let you know. Easy!

Please note different brand products on the site may be transported via different carriers, therefore the home delivery prices and conditions vary depending on the manufacturer of the products. The same applies for depot delivery as well, the pick up locations may vary depending what brand trailer you purchase.

Home Delivery

The Home Delivery service takes place within 21 days of dispatch from the factory. Your product is likely to arrive sooner than 21 days but please be prepared that it might take up to 21 days. The courier will be instructed to give you a call to arrange suitable delivery time. If you wish to take advantage of this service, please select our Home Delivery option at checkout.

Home delivery and depot pick ups in the available cities are available during business hours on weekdays.
